Tribunal compensation limits increased
Compensation limits for tribunals were increased in line with inflation on 6 April 2017 under the Employment Rights (Increase
of Limits) Order 2017 (SI 2017 No 175). The maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal has risen from £78,962 to £80,541.
