WCMA REBRANDS AS WILLIS TOWERS WATSON SECURITIES

Willis Capital Markets & Advisory has been rebranded as Willis Towers Watson Securities to reflect the merger of parent company Willis and Towers Watson. The company said the new brand will consolidate all broker-dealers across the Willis Towers Watson group, providing integrated suite of securities products and solutions. Willis Towers Watson said the services offered would include insurance M&A and capital markets execution capabilities alongside analytical, actuarial, brokerage, rating agency and risk management consulting services. Rafal Walkiewicz, chief executive of Willis Towers Watson Securities, said: “Our unique position in the market allows us to combine the investment banking services of Willis Towers Watson Securities with the advisory strength of the wider Willis Towers Watson group to place our clients at the forefront of industry innovation.”
