Acas highlights mental health well-being in workplace


Acas has stressed the importance of considering mental as well as physical well-being in the workplace in its response to the government’s consultation on tackling the disability employment gap. The government green paper “Improving Lives” identified mental health as the greatest cause of disability in the UK.
