On 28 September 2011 a contract was concluded between the first claimant (the owners) and the defendant (the yard) for the dry docking, repair and refurbishment of the owners’ cruise ship Saga Sapphire. The second claimant (Acromas, or “Saga Shipping”) was another company in the Saga Group which operated Saga Group’s cruise business.
