Options to amend UK motor insurance law in light of Vnuk ruling

The Department for Transport (DfT) has launched a consultation on options to amend motor insurance law in light of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) ruling in the case of Vnuk, Case C-162/13, [2015] Lloyd’s Rep IR 142. The government called the judgment by the CJEU “a complete game-changer as far as motor insurance is concerned”.
