Rolls-Royce to pay UK£671m over bribery claims, enters DPAs in UK and US

Rolls-Royce, the UK flagship engineering group, has announced that it has reached deferred prosecution agreements (DPA) with the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and the US Department of Justice (DoJ), plus a leniency deal with the Brazilian government, to settle bribery and corruption claims in connection its use of “commercial agents” to win contracts around the world.
