Allen Tod Architecture Ltd v Capita Property and Infrastructure Ltd [2016] BLR 592, [2016] EWHC 2171 (TCC), 26 August 2016

This was a claim in professional negligence against a structural engineer by an architect, in a project to renovate Barnsley Civic Hall for Barnsley MBC. The project was severely delayed due to weaknesses in the walls and foundations, and proceedings were brought in the Birmingham District Registry TCC.
