By an ocean towage contract on BIMCO terms dated 21 August 2012 (the Towcon) the claimant (Regulus) agreed that its tug Harmony 1 would tow the Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel Ikdam from Sousse, Tunisia to Labuan, Malaysia via the Cape of Good Hope for the lump sum of US$2,750,000.
