Whiplash reforms delayed by government

The Ministry of Justice is understood to have postponed the whiplash reforms announced by former Chancellor George Osborne in his Autumn Statement last November. No official statement has been made but it is understood that the MoJ is looking to delay the reforms. There is said to be support for the reforms in other departments but it is not clear whether the reforms have been shelved or merely delayed.
