CMS, Nabarro and Olswang merge


Law firms CMS UK, Nabarro and Olswang are to merge and will trade as CMS. The name of the UK LLP will be CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP. The partners of the three firms voted overwhelmingly in favour of a proposal to combine their firms and create a new global sector law firm that will become the world’s sixth largest law firm by lawyer headcount and sixth largest in the UK by revenue.
