An assessment of the market for personal injury: Solicitors Regulation Authority

The personal injury market seems to be generally working well, though there are still areas of concern. This is the conclusion of a survey of personal injury sector views conducted by ICF Consulting on behalf of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). The survey involved more than 250 firms and interviews with regulatory and representative bodies, trade associations, insurers and the judiciary.
