Non-party access to court documents - Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2006 (SI 2006 No 1689)

The result of this new Statutory Instrument, which comes into effect on 2 October 2006, is to amend CPR r5.4 to widen the access that the public (including the press) may gain to court documents and, in particular, pleadings.
