The Millennium Bug, or Y2K as it is also known, is very much a topical issue again. It has been lurking in the background for a while, having been overshadowed by the Construction Act and adjudication. However, what with new 1999 diaries landing on people’s desks, many businesses are beginning to concentrate on Y2K and it has been pushed into the foreground again.
