The first number contains a foreword by Lord Justice Saville, and articles by John Sims, Judge Anthony Diamond, Francis Kirkham, Margaret Rutherford, Harold Crowter and Nigel Rawding. As decisions come out under the new Act, this journal will comment on them. This journal looks as though it will be a good buy for arbitrators and arbitration lawyers alike.
