The Latham Review

On 17 September 2004 Sir Michael Latham sent his review of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 to the Construction Minister, Nigel Griffiths. The review was requested by the Government, and Sir Michael Latham chaired a review group drawn from the construction industry. That group was divided into two working groups, looking at adjudication and payment provisions respectively. Both groups produced a report.
