UK Defence Club response to Res Cogitans judgment after OW collapse

The UK Defence Club, provider of FD&D (legal costs) insurance to the maritime industry, has made the following comment on the Res Cogitans case: “The UK Supreme Court has handed down its decision in the case of the Res Cogitans which involved a member facing competing demands for the payment of bunkers following the demise of the OW Bunker Group of companies.
