RSA COMPLETES SALES OF MEXICAN INSURER

UK insurer RSA Insurance announced Wednesday that it has completed the sale of its operations in Mexico to Suramericana SA, the insurance subsidiary of Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana. The deal, which was first announced in September, follows the disposal of RSA’s Latin American operations, including those in Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Argentina. RSA expects the completion of its remaining Latin American insurer in Uruguay to occur over the coming months.
