Parliament urged to support IFRS 9 endorsement
The European parliament’s Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee
has been sounding out opinion on the endorsement of IFRS 9 for use in Europe.
Earlier this month Nicholas Veron, from EU think tank Bruegel, told them that
the balance of the arguments was overwhelmingly in favour of endorsement.
