More ESMA enforcement decisions

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published another set of decisions that have been discussed in its European Enforcers Coordination Sessions (EECS). The decisions cover a number of frequently debated areas including what disclosures are necessary in interim statements, and the assessment of when one company controls another when not having a majority of the shares.
