RSA COMPLETES COLUMBIAN DISPOSAL

RSA Insurance Group has today announced the completion of the sale of its operations in Colombia to Suramericana SA, the insurance subsidiary of Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana. The insurer also said that it expects to complete the sale of its remaining Latin American operations in Chile, Argentina, Mexico and Uruguay within the six months. RSA’s sold its Brazilian operations in February.
