Adjudication and the contractual route to jurisdiction

In RMP Construction Services Ltd v Chalcroft Ltd [2015] EWHC 3737 (TCC) Stuart-Smith J held that the claimant was entitled to enforce the decision of an adjudicator. In reaching this conclusion he emphasised the importance of the distinction between a question which goes to the jurisdiction of the adjudicator (where a reasonably arguable challenge to the jurisdiction of the adjudicator may be a reason for not enforcing a decision) and a question about whether an adjudicator who has jurisdiction has reached the correct substantive answer (which does not amount to a reason for not enforcing the decision).
