COLDMAN JOINS ARTHUR J GALLAGHER AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL ARM

Broker Arthur J Gallagher has appointed former Benfield chairman John Coldman as a non-executive director of its international arm, Arthur J Gallagher Holdings (UK). At present, industry veteran Coldman is on the board of directors of US-based parent company Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, which he assumed in November 2014. Coldman’s appointment, which is subject to regulatory approval, completes the non-executive director line-up of Arthur J Gallagher Holdings (UK) Ltd, led by non-executive chairman, Sue Langley. The company’s other non-executive directors are Jamie Drummond-Smith, Trevor Newbery and Lady Louise Patten.
