ACE NAMES LEADERS OF NEW CHUBB’S NORTH AMERICA E&S WHOLESALE BUSINESS 

Ace Ltd has named the leadership team for the North America excess & surplus lines wholesale business of the new Chubb, with effect from the early-2016 closing of its acquisition of Chubb Group. The combined wholesale E&S business is to be called Westchester and will include the wholesale business currently written at Ace Westchester, Ace Commercial Risk Services, Chubb Custom Market, Chubb Specialty Insurance and Chubb Commercial Insurance. Ace previously said Bruce Kessler will serve as division president of Westchester. Reporting to him, Bob Meyer will head property and inland marine, Dean Andrighetto will oversee casualty, Joseph Casey will lead professional risk, Rob Owens will manage environmental and Florian Beerli will be responsible for product recall. David Lupica will serve as chief operating and distribution management officer at Westchester. Reporting to him, David Charlton will lead the micro specialty business and Franklin Sanders will head the programmes business.
