VINCENZ BEGINS ROLE AS CHAIRMAN AT HELVETIA

Pierin Vincenz today starts his role as chairman of the board at Swiss insurer Helvetia. Vincenz has been a member of the board since 2000, and was elected chairman in April this year. He succeeds Doris Russi Schurter, who had served as interim chairman since the death of the previous chairman, Erich Walser, in December 2014. "I am pleased to take up my post as chairman of the board of Helvetia and to help the company advance. Following the integration of Nationale Suisse into Helvetia, our topmost priority at the moment is to ensure the newly formed Swiss insurance group's further development and to exploit its potential," Vincenz said.
