In our last two issues, Commercial Leases Vol 29 Issues 5 and 6, we highlighted cases where the Court of Appeal considered forfeiture of leases for breach of covenant and terms on which the grant of relief might be appropriate. A third case has now come along. It raises a number of interesting issues.
