WOOLARD APPOINTED TO FCA BOARD

Christopher Woolard has been appointed to the board of the Financial Conduct Authority, the UK conduct regulator. Woolard currently serves as the FCA’s director of strategy and competition, where he has worked since January 2013. He previously worked as group director and content board member at Ofcom. Woolard has spent most of his career in regulation or policy development including working at the BBC and as a senior civil servant at the Department of Trade and Industry.
