Charterparty - BPVOY3 form - Laycan provisions - Charterers giving revised nomination of first loading port - Whether charterers' right to cancel survived re-nomination

The vessel Kriti Filoxenia was chartered on the BPVOY3 form. The load port range was “Black Sea excl Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey”. Clause 17 made provision for a “laycan” period between 1 April 2003 (the commencement date) and 3 April 2003 (the cancelling date).
