The claimant shipowner chartered its vessel Unta to Trustworth Shipping Pte Ltd under a long-term time charter. The vessel was delivered into Trustworth’s service on 18 August 2009 for a minimum period ending on 18 May 2019. The charterparty contained a London arbitration and English law clause.
