Challenging incomplete awards

Petroships Pte Ltd of Singapore v Petec Trading and Investment Corp of Vietnam , [2001] 2 Lloyd’s Rep 348 , a decision of Cresswell Jl, considers the options open to a party who has asserted that the award published by the arbitrators does not deal with all of the matters referred to them. The issues considered were: setting aside the award for serious irregularity; error of law; ordering of reasons to support a challenge; and removal of the arbitrators.
