Arbitration Law Monthly
Editorial
This is the first issue of
Arbitration Law Monthly
. Its purpose is to provide analysis of the most recent judicial rulings and legislative developments affecting arbitrations.
The focus is primarily on matters which affect arbitrations with their seat in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, but there
will also be coverage of significant decisions from overseas jurisdictions, particularly those which have adopted the UNCITRAL
Model Law, as such decisions are directly relevant to practitioners in this country. A network of overseas correspondents
has been established. Readers are encouraged to send to the editor any unreported decisions suitable for inclusion, and the
submission of short case notes is also welcome. We hope that you find this new publication informative and useful.
