Sagicor looks to redomicile due to Barbados credit rating restraints

Sagicor Group is considering redomicilation away from Barbados in a bid to restore its credit rating. The Caribbean financial
services provider said it was examining new locations for its registered office, with the US, Luxembourg, the UK, Ireland
and Trinidad & Tobago among those under consideration.
