INTRODUCTION
6.1
The FIDIC forms, like many modern standard forms in construction and engineering, are not only concerned with the rights and obligations of the Employer and the Contractor. The Conditions of course set these out, but also contain detailed rules and procedures for the administration of the Contract and the management of the project.
