GALLAGHER ACQUIRES CALIFORNIA BENEFITS BROKER E3 FINANCIAL

US broking group Arthur J Gallagher & Co has acquired e3 Financial, a California-based broker that provides employee benefits, human resources administration and financial benefits consultation services to individuals and middle-market real estate, technology and financial services businesses across the US. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. e3 will continue to operate from its current location in Newport Beach and will report to Norbert Chung, head of Gallagher’s western US employee benefits consulting and brokerage operation.
