MINOVA LAUNCHES BMS CAPITAL ADVISORY AS BROKER-DEALER

Minova Insurance Holdings, previously known as BMS Associates, has launched an advisory business specialising in mergers and acquisitions and insurance-linked securities (ILS). BMS Capital Advisory has been launched as a broker-dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Rom Braga will serve as chief executive of BMS Capital Advisory, which will work with capital markets participants to create, facilitate and execute select corporate finance engagements and effective solutions to a new class of ILS sponsors. BMS Capital Advisory will act as an affiliate of BMS Intermediaries, the reinsurance broking unit of Minova Insurance Group.
