Charterparty (time) - Injurious cargoes - Cargo of LNG said to be contaminated by metal particles

On the evidence, the claimant shipowner had not established that the defendant charterer's cargo of LNG had been so contaminated by metal particles as to cause damage to the vessel. The relevant clause in the charterparty read: "No acids, explosives or cargoes injurious to the Vessel shall be shipped and without prejudice to the foregoing any damage to the Vessel caused by the shipment of any such cargo, and the time taken to repair such damage, shall be for Charterers' account".
