Marine terrorism risks

Hizbullah has not targeted Western assets in Lebanon since the 1980s, but it is increasingly likely to allow, facilitate or directly participate in attacks on the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), as well as Western and Gulf Arab targets, including marine vessels. This would especially be the case in the event of direct Western intervention in Syria, or the supply of game-changing anti-aircraft or weapons to the insurgents.
