Reinsurance - Brokers - Recovery of premiums from brokers - Nature of duty of broker to collect premiums - Limitation of actions

Equitas, the successor in title to Lloyd's Syndicates writing business up to and including 1992, sought to recover reinsurance premiums from the defendant Lloyd's brokers. The brokers argued that the claims were time-barred. Males J held that the claims succeeded.
