Arbitration – Award – Whether award should be set aside for breach of natural justice or excess of jurisdiction – Dispute arising out of sale of ships and purported repudiatory breach by seller

Disputes arose over the sale of two second-hand vessels. Addendum No 1 to each Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) stated that the vessel should be delivered with the repairs in the attached spreadsheet completed at the seller’s cost.
