New chief financial officer

Declan Guerin has been appointed MacGregor’s chief financial officer. He has earlier held the position of vice president, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and been a member of the executive committee of MacGregor since the start of 2013. Declan will be responsible for accounting, finance and M&A. He continues as member of the MacGregor executive committee and reports to MacGregor president Mikael Mäkinen.
