Forfeiture – s146 notice – need for particularity – validity of notice

This case considered the adequacy of a notice given pursuant to s146 Law of Property Act 1925. It raises and emphasises the point that care must be taken over the drafting of such a notice to make clear to the recipient lessee what the nature of the alleged breach is.
