Unlawful sexual orientation discrimination upheld

The defendant, who ran a bed and breakfast business from her home, unlawfully discriminated against the claimant homosexual
partners by refusing, on the basis of her religious beliefs, to provide them with the double bedroom one of them had booked,
contrary to the Equality Act (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2007.
