Faster legal processes for mesothelioma victims - Government proposals

The Government has announced proposals that it said will see sufferers of mesothelioma supported by faster legal processes. The plans would see the creation of an out-ofcourt process specifically to help settle compensation claims for victims of mesothelioma. The proposals – which are out for consultation - would be backed by a new online case management system funded by the insurance industry.
