Sharp decline in claims management companies

Hundreds of the firms which bombard the public with adverts for profitable compensation claims have left the industry following changes to the law, according to the government. The latest figures show that the number of claims management companies registered to handle personal injury claims has fallen from 2,435 in March 2012 to 1,700 in June 2013.
