£220,000 out of court settlement for post-traumatic stress disorder
A lorry driver who developed post-traumatic stress disorder after being involved in a fatal collision has received £220,000
in an out of court settlement. The man, who was working as a fuel tanker driver at the time, was so badly affected by the
incident that he suffered flashbacks, leading to a problem with alcohol which left him unable to return to work.
