Law Society launches professional indemnity insurance facility

The Law Society has launched what it calls “a new direct route to professional indemnity insurance cover for small solicitor firms.” Chancery Pii, a joint venture between the Society and Miller Insurance Services will provide professional indemnity insurance cover for firms with between one and four partners.
