Judicial Review hearing over fees for claims in tribunals

UNISON has won the right to have a Judicial Review hearing over the introduction of fees for claims in Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunals. The hearing will go ahead in October, following a ruling by the Royal Courts of Justice.
