The professional indemnity (PI) market for construction contractors is extremely complex by nature and is becoming increasingly more complex, according to JLT Specialty. The broker said it is “consequently finding new ways to mitigate against risk and tackle the increasing broad demands of contractors by creating policies that are more activity focused rather than the traditional one size fits all approach.”
