Zurich to examine whether ‘undue pressure’ was placed on Pierre Wauthier

Zurich’s acting chairman conceded there was no doubt the events of the past week had “cast a shadow over Zurich” as he confirmed the suicide note of chief financial officer (CFO), Pierre Wauthier, directly related to his relationship with chairman Josef Ackermann, who resigned following Wauthier’s death.
