The Mexican insurance market includes a diverse mix of products and coverage, heavily concentrated in life insurance and property/casualty (p/c) insurance. By geographical diversification, major metropolitan areas such as Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara represent the largest insurance centres, although there is a well-diversified base of insurance throughout the country.
