European Court of Human Rights ruling on religious belief discrimination

The European Court of Human Rights has given its decision in four significant cases brought by individuals against the UK with respect to their freedom of religion under Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights and the prohibition of discrimination under Article 14 of the Convention.
